About the Role
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This role will provide comprehensive administration support in the Women and Children Division to facilitate the patient journey through cancer pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Cancer Specialist Nurses within the Women and Children Division.
- Have an understanding of cancer pathways, including the Faster Diagnosis Standard.
- Extensive use of various software programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Patient Administration System, the national e-Referral system, and the Somerset Cancer Register.
- Organize and attend meetings relevant to the Department.
- Responsible for maintaining both paper and computer records in accordance with Trust standards, ensuring that data entered onto any local or national system is accurate and complete.

Requirements
