Water Recycling is fundamental to our operations. We manage essential services through our dedicated and skilled workforce, ensuring the collection and treatment of used water, which is then returned to the environment through rivers and coastal outlets. Our extensive network comprises 76,000 kilometers of sewer systems that connect to over 1,000 water recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Water Management Administrative Coordinator to support the Water Recycling Management Team.

Primary duties include:

Efficient planning, scheduling, and documentation of all meetings (including room bookings, minute-taking, arranging refreshments, sending invitations, and communicating with participants) Managing meeting schedules, including one-on-one sessions and monthly team gatherings with efficiency and effectiveness Maintaining health and safety records for all team members Tracking training requirements and expirations Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations for data collection and retention Ordering personal protective equipment, tools, and office supplies for team members Performing various administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders

What Qualifications Are Required?

Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office 365 Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Keen attention to detail Adaptable approach to work
