Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Leakage Analyst to join our team at Anglian Water Services. As a key member of our Intensive Investigation team, you will play a crucial role in scheduling activities and optimizing resource allocation to maximize water supply efficiency.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling field resources to investigate leaks in our water supply systems. This will involve using our SAP and Oracle systems to identify areas of high risk and allocate the necessary resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule field resources to investigate leaks in our water supply systems
- Use SAP and Oracle systems to identify areas of high risk and allocate resources accordingly
- Manage existing workbaskets and assign the right resource to new maintenance activities
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full coaching and training will be provided.
