Water Recycling is fundamental to our operations. Our in-house, highly-skilled workforce is responsible for delivering key services. We collect and treat used water, returning it to the environment through rivers and coastal outlets. Our extensive network comprises 76,000 kilometers of sewers feeding over 1,000 water recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Water Management Administrative Coordinator to support the Water Recycling Management Team.

  • Efficiently plan, schedule, and document all meetings (including room bookings, minute-taking, arranging refreshments, sending invitations, and communicating with participants).
  • Manage meeting calendars, ensuring effective scheduling of one-on-one meetings and monthly team gatherings.
  • Maintain health and safety records for all team members.
  • Track training requirements and expiration dates.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations for data collection and retention.
  • Order personal protective equipment, tools, and office supplies for team members.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders.

Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office 365.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
