  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage of responsibilities during absences.
  9. Respond to inquiries and work collaboratively with other teams to find solutions.
  10. Perform reception duties, including welcoming visitors and conducting health and safety inductions.
  11. Manage purchasing needs and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  12. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
  13. Exhibit professional behavior and serve as a role model for learners.
  14. Follow safeguarding policies to create a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
  15. Attend relevant training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in the field.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three GCSEs, including Mathematics.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in an educational setting.
  • Familiarity with certification processes in construction training.
