- Oversee and supervise assessments and examinations, adhering to all relevant guidelines.
- Comply with all organizational policies regarding learner registrations, data management, and record retention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage of responsibilities during absences.
- Respond to inquiries and work collaboratively with other teams to find solutions.
- Perform reception duties, including welcoming visitors and conducting health and safety inductions.
- Manage purchasing needs and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

- Follow safeguarding policies to create a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
- Attend relevant training sessions to stay updated on best practices and changes in the field.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three GCSEs, including Mathematics.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with certification processes in construction training.
