Fleet Administrator

Glasgow

£24,000 - £28,000 DOE

My client is looking for an experienced administrator to support their fleet team.

Mon - Fri:

- 09:00 - 17:00
- 35 hours

Main duties include:

- Closely analyse accident report forms and flag any misconduct
- Ensure all company drivers are up to date with training and specific modules
- Examine fuel spend, manage fuel card allocation and looks at ways to reduce fuel costs
- Place short term rental bookings if and when required
- Update relevant systems to reflect current vehicle allocations
- Using initiative to correctly purchase and dispose of vehicles
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have great experience using the Microsoft packages, specifically excel
- Must be able to think on their feet and be a good problem solver
- Must have at lest two years of experience in a similar role
