Client Services Administrator

We are looking for a driven Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services team in our Glasgow office.

You will provide excellent customer service and manage all after sales queries directed to the team. You will also give on-hand support to outsourced fleet-managed customers and drivers, and support the finance team with creating invoices to a tight deadline.

**What will I be doing**
- First point of contact for all after-sales queries
- Effectively managing customers' time expectations on requests and queries
- Managing requests for purchase prices, early terminations, contract amendments and collections
- Delivering strong customer service to customers, ensuring any issues are dealt with effectively
- Using the Concilium system to record changes regarding contracts, collections, early terminations and any vehicle issues
- Making sure notes on order enquiries are documented
- Issuing relevant paperwork to clients/partners/associates
- Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from drivers
- Running reports from e-Fleet monthly and issuing reminders for service/MOT
- Arranging vehicle movements by liaising with drivers/movements agent and updating e-Fleet
- Supporting Major Accounts customers in key tasks including driver checks, flexi hire, collections, driver cards, extension/purchase prices and contract amendments
- Raising invoices on Sage, updating Concilium and the invoicing spreadsheet
- Providing additional administrative support where needed, including maintaining all filling systems and records connected to your role

**What will I need to succeed**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve
- A good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail is essential
- Able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of customer needs, empathising with a customer's situation and being willing to go above and beyond
- Complaints handling experience
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
