  • Location: Glasgow
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional Senior Administrator to join our fast-paced team in the Glasgow office. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical and administrative support while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical and administrative support to the team
  • Managing business submissions using bespoke software
  • Ensuring timely processing of business obtained
  • Dealing with general enquiries from clients and third parties

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Financial Services, with good all-round knowledge and a desire to expand and develop your skills
  • Excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to make decisions and work independently
  • Experience of using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • The ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • A relevant qualification, such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma, would be an advantage but is not essential
