We have a fantastic opportunity to grow our administration team, this is an excellent position for someone looking to further develop within an administration role.

As a service desk administrator, you are often the first point of contact with our customers, therefore exceptional customer service skills are essential.

The role calls for exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise the workload to meet deadlines, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The administrator must be able to think initially to solve problems and to operate in a fast environment whilst working accurately.
- **Responsibilities**:_

Day to day activities will be varied and include the following responsibilities.
- Planning and scheduling engineer diaries.
- Review and issue engineering reports following attendance.
- Requesting purchase orders.
- Providing updates to clients, and colleagues
- Raising Jobs - Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
- Purchasing of parts and equipment as required
- Updating system information
- Maintaining contracted and Industry standard KPIs
- Invoicing

This is a full-time office-based position within our head office in East Kilbride.
- **Skills and experience required**:_
- Previous administration experience is desired but not essential full training will be provided.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- A committed ‘can do’ positive attitude.
- The ability to integrate and work as a member of a team.
