Customer Service Administrator

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic opportunities for Customer Service Administrators to work within the financial services sector for a major financial organisationin Glasgow.
The role is paying £13.71 per hour, (Net rate around £10.17 after NI deductions) on an initial 10-month contract.
Please note this role will not involve any telephones or customer contact, it is purely admin.
**As a Customer Service Administrator, you will**:
- Provide a range of processing and administrative activities for the team leader to ensure customer details are correct on the system.
- Review and verify payments ensuring the process correctly.
- Work efficiently with great attention to detail to ensure details are updated as detailed.
- Work to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
- Update your team leader on progress in daily meetings to help prioritise tasks.
**To be a successful Customer Service Administrator you will have the following skills and experience**:
- Experience working with payments administration.
- Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
- Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
- Strong ability with Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Extremely professional, well presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs.
- Must be able to travel to Glasgow for this role.
- Required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check for this project.
- Required to undertake a full credit check report.
