JOB TITLE: QCMD Customer Services Administrator
**LOCATION**:Unit 5, 5 Technology Terrace, Todd Campus, West of Scotland Science Park,
Glasgow G20 0XA
**POSITION REPORTS TO**:Lead Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
The **QCMD Customer Services Administrator** will work closely with the Customer Support and Project Management team to provide high level administrative support as well as facilitate customer enquiries / communications.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Customer complaint handling and events logging and issue resolution.
- Supporting office administrative activities, sales order processing, general filing of records / archiving, etc.
- Where required supporting the project management team in EQA delivery
**Basic Job Requirements**
- Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks/ projects while working to tight deadlines.
- It is essential that the individual is effective at organising and maintaining a wide range of information resources in a methodical manner and in accordance with QCMD’s regulatory requirements as an EQA provider
- A general understanding of Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems and/or EPOS is useful, although training in QCMD ITEMS will be provided. _(in house customer portal)_
- Good knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Word, and excel.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
**EXPERIENCE**:
**Education and Experience**
- Work experience within a relevant administrative or customer service role.
- Infectious disease / EQA administration would be advantageous. _(but not essential)_
**Communication Skills**
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and ability to communicate with individuals of different geographical backgrounds and seniority.
- The ability to communicate with customers in a simple, easy to understand and efficient way.
**Performance and Effectiveness**
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and pro-active individual
- Capability to multi-task and effectively prioritise as and when required
- Organised, methodical, quick, efficient, and reliable approach to the work
**SALARY: dependant on experience**
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From £20,880.00 per year
