We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious student accommodation facility located in Bath. Our client is committed to providing exceptional living experiences for students, and as such, they are seeking a dedicated Residence Advisor to join their team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Residence Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students residing in the accommodation. This dynamic role combines elements of customer service, administrative support, and community engagement. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive living environment and ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of all residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet residents and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, including check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate key distribution and access control for residents and authorized personnel.
- Monitor the facility for safety and security, promptly reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Organize and facilitate community events and activities to promote resident engagement and a sense of community.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and adherence to policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
- Knowledge of student accommodation policies and procedures is a plus.
