Customer Service Administrator

About the Role:
Pertemps Network Group is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to work with our client in Glasgow. The role is office-based, with shifts worked on a rotational basis within the hours of 8:45am and 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and providing quotations and processing orders
- Operating and maintaining spreadsheets and liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Producing weekly reports and raising contracts with customers
Requirements:
- Proven track record within a Customer Service environment and ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail and be highly organised, with effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office packages including Excel and Word
Benefits:
- Salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience and Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am – 5.30pm
