The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing quotations and processing orders
- Operating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Producing weekly reports
- Raising contracts and discussing with customers
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£26,000, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including:
- Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am – 5.30pm
