We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the store team in managing the post office counter and handling challenging situations.
  • Develop and implement coaching and training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
  • Support the Store Manager in deputising and delivering HR processes.
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open feedback.
  • Build relationships with the local community and support the Store Manager in delivering the Co-op community plan.
