The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring that client experiences are outstanding. Key responsibilities include:

  • Workshop & Training Programme Management: Organising and coordinating both virtual and in-person training events, and ensuring follow-up support is provided to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely, clear, and professional communication at all stages of the training process.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting the Client Manager and Head of Client Operations with day-to-day tasks and any other necessary duties to support business growth.
