**The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Maintenance and Service Controller to work within our Transport team at our Head Office in Glasgow. The Fleet Maintenance and Service Controller will be responsible for completing all administration relating to the company's fleet of cars and commercial vehicles. This will include administration on both internal and external transport related databases, issuing and controlling fuel cards throughout the Group, assisting with the input and control of vehicle related costs and controlling and recording the movement of vehicles throughout the business. Within the role the Fleet Maintenance and Service Assistant will also assist with ensuring that all transport related compliance standards are met, including vehicle compliance checks, FTA audits and tachometer checks.
**Applicants for the Fleet Service and Maintenance Controller role should have/be**:
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience maintaining and managing databases
- Effective communication skills across all levels and disciplines
- The ability to adapt and react to change in a dynamic environment.
