Kemp Recruitment is a prominent independent HGV maintenance provider with multiple depots across Scotland. With over 60 years of industry experience, they are recognized leaders in bulk transportation, consistently investing in their fleet to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence. Their extensive fleet comprises over 160 vehicles, alongside more than 500 trailers and tankers. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a proficient Administrator to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator:
  • Manage the processing of all job cards and time sheets for technicians.
  • Schedule and coordinate work assignments.
  • Oversee the processing of all jobs within the internal management system.
  • Effectively liaise with various departments to fulfill work requirements.
  • Handle all tyre-related information and documentation.
  • Update inventory records with purchased parts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Process all external invoices efficiently.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications for the Fleet Administrator Role:
  • GCSE English and Maths qualifications are essential.
  • Proficiency with computer systems is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software applications is necessary.
  • Experience in the commercial automotive sector is a must.
  • Familiarity with Kerridge software is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a commercial vehicle environment, particularly with HGVs, is essential.
