KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring Business KPIs
- Utilizing Business Software
- Initial contact for all ordering processes
- Following up on quotes (including generators and bespoke requirements)
- Coordinating all transportation bookings (including Hiab short-term hires)
- Maintaining clothing logs
- Managing RMA logs
- Overseeing stock control of all equipment in designated areas
- Managing the return of decommissioned (tested) equipment to stock
- Handling stock quotes, emails, and ordering processes
- Ensuring all aspects of building maintenance are addressed
- Providing support for vehicle management
- Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing
- Generating monthly reports on fuel expenditure and driving behaviors.
