Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Fleet Logistics Coordinator to become a vital part of our Engineering Support Team at BAMG. This role is essential in collaborating with the Logistics, Inventory, and Production teams to ensure that all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles are readily available to support aircraft maintenance schedules while maintaining data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of both scheduled and unscheduled materials, tools, equipment, or vehicles to fulfill operational needs and maintenance requirements, demonstrating initiative in resolving challenges.
  • Oversee local data accuracy and assist in the management of unserviceable and serviceable materials, including support for fit and removal processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, ensuring timely and precise exchanges of information.
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements as directed by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Familiarity with BA Engineering IT systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IPC and technical publications/information systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work shifts as required.

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in EWS systems.
  • Strong numerical skills with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procedures and terminology relevant to aircraft maintenance, logistics, and regulated environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
