Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Fleet Logistics Coordinator (FLC) to become a key player in the Engineering Support Team at BAMG. The FLC plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Logistics, Inventory, and Production teams, ensuring that all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles for aircraft maintenance are readily available to meet operational demands while maintaining data integrity. This role will require flexibility in working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the coordination of both scheduled and unscheduled materials, tools, equipment, or vehicles to meet operational needs and maintenance schedules, employing proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Oversees local data accuracy and aids in the management of unserviceable and serviceable materials, including support for installation and removal.
  • Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, maintaining timeliness and accuracy.
  • Adheres to all relevant company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Familiarity with BA Engineering IT systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IPC and technical documentation/information systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work shifts as required.

Desired Experience:

  • Proficient in EWS systems.
  • Strong numerical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procedures and terminology relevant to aircraft maintenance, logistics, and regulated environments.
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
