About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at Kemp Recruitment Limited. As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's fleet of over 160 vehicles, 500 trailers, and tankers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process all job cards and time sheets for technicians, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  2. Book in work and coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands.
  3. Manage and update the internal system with job information, purchased parts, and stock levels.
  4. Handle external invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and report generation.

Requirements:

  1. GCSE English and Maths qualifications are essential.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Kerridge, is required.
  3. Experience in the commercial automotive industry, specifically HGVs, is necessary.
  4. A strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations is essential.
