Our team is passionate about creating positive experiences and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and care. We are currently seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our dynamic team as Inbound Call Centre Representatives.

As an Inbound Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Meet performance targets set by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: From £23,967.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
