We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Call Centre Executive to oversee our call center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center representatives, optimizing processes, and driving performance to achieve key metrics and objectives.

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products or services, take orders, or resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize scripts to provide accurate information to customers
- Up sell products or services when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable products or services
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and actively listen
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Pay: From £24,844.70 per year
