Call Center Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilise phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers where appropriate
- Analyse customer needs to recommend suitable solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
- Phone etiquette to maintain professional customer interactions

From £24,567.00 per year
