Pure have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Client Support Administrator to join a busy team in Basildon on a 12 month contract basis.
**Main Duties**:

- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Raising and logging callouts for engineers or resolve problems over phone
- Logging all calls and relevant information onto the CRM.
- Processing client requests and being responsible for all aspects of support.
- Preparing and sending charges and invoice queries.
- Post delivery calls to ensure units are set up correctly and the client is happy.
- Interacting and liaising with other departments.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Required Skills**:

- 2 years minimum experience within a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- IT Proficient.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
