Reed In Colcheter are delighted to be supporting our client looking to expand their growing and passionate team by appointing a Project Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will support the successful delivery ofprojects by coordinating and managing project administrative tasks across several key projects with the Project Manager.

The role will be 35 hours per week (Coverage between 8.30am - 5.30pm) with the role partially based in our Colchester office with the option of regular remote working.

**Main duties of the role include;**:

- Monitor project plans and highlight areas of concern
- Obtain task-level updates from assigned resources and re-allocate tasks as agreed with the project manager
- Communicate with key stakeholders as required, including third-party suppliers
- Schedule and attend project meetings and workshops and deliver minutes inclusive of actions, decisions, and outcomes
- Assist with the delivery and formatting of project documentation
- Maintain a register of all project documentation, and ensure all documentation is stored correctly and version controlled
- Compile weekly summary reports for the Project Manager
- Maintain the project RAID log

**Skills Required**:

- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Prior experience as a Project Administrator, Project Co-Ordinator, or similar role
- Experience working with Microsoft Project
- Experience working with Microsoft Visio
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
