A new project is looking for a number of Remediation Case Handlers to join the team. This is initially a 6-month contract, with a start date of 28th November. You will be working Monday-Friday, between the hours of 08:00-18:00 (36.5 hours per week) attheir site in Accrington, with the potential for hybrid working after 1-2 months.
**As Remediation Case Handler, your responsibilities will include**:

- Proactive remediation.
- Monitoring inboxes.
- Handling inbound calls, primarily on the back of a mailer.

**We are looking for Remediation Case Handlers who have the following skills and experiences**:

- An understanding of complaints is useful.
- Good administration and phone skills
- To be efficient and organised.
- The ability to use your own initiative.

In return, you will receive a salary of £160 per day, via an umbrella company.
