**Working for the Head Office of a chartered organisation who provide innovative solutions across a regulatory arena supporting the finance manager in delivery of essential finance, facilities and contract management**

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the accounts system and effective invoicing, credit control, payments and reporting services
- Maintain accounts system to ensure accurate, efficient and secure recording and processing of financial transactions
- Process and maintain Sales and Purchase ledger. Ensuring all debts and payments are under control according to the companies T&C's
- Maintain the accuracy of the VAT control account and preparing reports and data for HM customs and excise quarterly returns
- Provide support for financial transactions processed through the customer relations system
- Extract and analyse financial data for projects and budget monitoring purposes
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty cash
