**Client Administrator**

**Job responsibilities**
- You will be working within a small team in the company.
- You will be responsible for several company accounts.
- Building a relationship with the Client contacts
- Read and process detailed instructions for different Clients.
- Completing courier documentation when required for sample requests.
- Monitoring, Processing and Reporting on Client Back Orders
- Answering inbound Telephone calls and dealing with visitors
- Completing monthly reports, invoicing, additional orders on current IT system
- General Filing
- Completing stock reports

**Skills / Experience desired**
- Being able to work under pressure.
- Organisation is key.
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- It is essential to have worked in a customer focused position previously.
- Experience in the chemical industry and using stock systems is desired.

**Working hours and Pay**

Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm - £11.54 per hour
