**Job Purpose**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Ensure that the daily upload from Bespoke database to internal system for new account requests has been completed**:

- **Maintain Inbox enquiries**:

- **Action new client requests ensuring all details completed**:

- **Ensure downloads are performed at regular intervals throughout the day.**:

- **Assist with any branch, Account Manager or Credit control queries**:

- **Implement any amendments for corporate accounts as required**:

- **Assist within the Department during Holidays & Sickness**:

- **Ad Hoc duties as and when required**

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years experience within Administration role or Call centre role OR a data processing role**:

- **Good level of computer literacy**:

- **Ability to adapt to new software packages**:

- **Must have advanced excel skills
