Our client based at Birmingham Business Park is looking for a bright and organised Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy office on a full time basis Monday-Friday.

Responsible for managing the day to day running of the Reception area

Entering purchase orders and costs onto Excel.

Invoicing.

Providing general administration for staff as required.>Requirements:

- Excellent Customer Service skills.

Polite and efficient telephone manner. Excellent administration skills

Excellent IT skills to include the use of Word and Excel.

Excellent administration skills.

Experience of working within an accounts environment would be desirable.
