**My Solihull based Logistics company are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.**

**Duties: -**
- Produce, update, send daily internal reports.
- Update internal systems in relation to holidays / sickness / appointments / leavers, shift changes as well as setting up new starters, arranging security passes and [repairing company material.
- Dealing with incoming calls & enquiries.
- Support Director & team with any PA duties as and when required such as arranging travel / accommodation, hospitality, special events and orders.
- Organise and liaise with contractors as and when required for repairs &, maintenance.
- Source and purchase marketing merchandise as well as stocktaking & monitoring of distribution
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies and monitoring.
- Updating spreadsheet with all purchased & creating files for invoicing.
- Provide reception cover between 12.00pm - 1.00pm and 4.30pm - 5.30pm

**Key Skills: -**
- Essential you have worked within an Administration role previously.
- Ability to work with Directors / Senior Managers and be part of a team.
- Good IT skills to include MS Office
- Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Good organisational skills and good attention to details and the ability to prioritise workloads.
