We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means thatevery penny spent with us is invested back into improving facilities and services for our members.

Our Business systems Team is made up of 26 talented staff members, who are vital to the smooth running of the organisation, we are currently recruiting for a Projects Administrator to further support the team. This post works within a team of dedicated ProjectManagers and Business Analysts.

The Projects Administrator supports the Projects Team Manager by managing the governance aspects of projects allocated across the team. This includes coordination of quality control, ensuring that all projects have necessary documentation and sign off evidencesuch as requirements, change control, and compliance.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing the active and backlog list of projects, completing all project setup
- Ensure all costs have gone through required approval levels and complete quarterly audits of activity escalating any required corrections.
- Support the wider business systems project team in scheduling, scribing and providing outputs of project meetings.
- Coordinate governance controls across projects
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reporting on project status’ (summary and ad-hoc detailed reports) as required.

**We’re looking for the following experience**:

- Involvement in a Project Management team or Technology change
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Experience of software delivery
- Microsoft Office and preferably Project Manager software (Trello)
- The ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload

The Camping and Caravanning Club is a fantastic place to work, with a supportive and dedicated team. We've been helping people enjoy the great outdoors for over 120 years and these days, as well as having campsites in fantastic locations we hold our ownmusic festival, torchlight.

This post is 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8.45 to 16.45. We operate Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) with the option of working from home the rest of the week.

Benefits include 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and 10% pension (5% / 5%).
