We are currently looking for three Coordinators to joinour Academic Administration Services team who support activities related to the coordination of teaching activity at Arden University.

The work of the team involves supporting individual Schools and other Academic Services teams to ensure that all Lecturer teaching assignments are communicated clearly, and that teaching is set up accurately in systems in a timely manner to ensure teachingcommitments are met. They also deal with payments for all work completed by Associate Lecturers, which will involve liaising with other internal Departments. You will deal with all queries raised, and be involved in drafting and sending internal communicationsto teaching staff.

In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of continuous improvement projects, develop systems, refine processes and create solutions which will have a positive impact on many of our colleagues and students.

**About You**:
We are looking for self-starters with excellent administration skills, and a strong customer service ethic. You will need to be pro-active, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines, as well as being organised and detailorientated. Excellent IT skills are a must, with a particular focus on O365 and MS Excel tools, as well as the ability to work quickly and accurately with figures and payment details. Great interpersonal skills are also key in this role for interacting withinternal and external stakeholders, as customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do.
