**Administrator/Paraplanner**

**Salary dependent upon experience. £26-30,000 pa**

Our client Hanson Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Administrator/Paraplanner to join the team working out of their offices on Boldon Business Park. Training and qualification support provided to achieve Level Four Diploma and Chartered qualifications.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Prepare annual review packs in preparation for client meetings including risk analysis of existing portfolios using Defaqto Engage.
- Complete review confirmation reports detailing advice outcomes and ensuring file is compliant in line with our compliance guidance.
- Completing research, fund / provider analysis, producing illustrations and completing advice suitability reports for, ISA, Pension, Protection recommendations. Training as required.
- New business submission, adding plans and documents to Intelligent Office ensuring files are complete in line with our compliance guidance.
- Sorting post and allocating to the appropriate adviser / uploading to our back-office system.
- Ensuring adviser fees are received, allocated and are correct.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience of working in a Financial Services role
- Proven ability to pass RO exams working towards Diploma qualification.
- Have excellent communication, organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Take pride in producing high quality, accurate and timely information.
- Broad experience of Microsoft Office.
- Experience of using client management systems desirable.
