Scape People Team work closely with our managers to support our employees through their time with Scape. This includes recruitment, onboarding, absence management, learning and development, offboarding, employee benefits and most importantly enhancing our employee experience. We don’t just sit behind a desk; we are part of the Scape operational team who work across both HQ and the sites to make sure we partner our managers and understand and support our employees.

**People Coordinator**

The People Coordinator will take the lead on our people systems for our site teams, ensuring our data is accurate and employee lifecycle processes are completed, and coordinating mandatory training and e-learning.

Your **main responsibilities** include:

- Owning site employee’s data across the HR system, rota system and e-learning platforms, ensuring data on all systems is accurate and up to date at all times, and completing monthly audits to ensure accuracy.
- Taking ownership of the rota system (RotaCloud) ensuring data is accurate and all managers are approving shifts at the agreed time, liaising with managers and resolving issues as required.
- Preparing information for payroll for all sites employees.
- Coordinating mandatory training activities, booking sessions, booking on team members, monitoring attendance and creating and monitoring a yearly calendar of mandatory training sessions.
- Coordinating the e-learning platform activities, monitoring mandatory training completion, reporting, monitoring channels to make sure all information is accurate and making ongoing improvements to the system.
- Take ownership of the offboarding process, making sure exit interviews are being completed and recorded, reported on and reviewed and employees are removed from all systems as required within agreed timescales.
- Advising and guiding managers through Scape processes and the employee life cycle including probations, absences, informal and formal procedures.
- Taking ownership of monthly reporting for site employees including monitoring probations, absences and length of service increases.
- Supporting the team with management training and SOPs as required, ensuring there are well thought out SOP is in place that are regularly reviewed and updated for all key areas of responsibilities.
- Work with the team on engagement activities and project work.
- Bring ideas and suggestions to the team to support process improvements and employee initiatives.
- Supporting the wider People Team with other activities as and when required.
- Seeking support and guidance from the team as and when required.
- Taking ownership of self-development.
