About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic PeopleCoordinator to deliver efficient and accurate HR administrationacross the entire employee lifecycle. In this role you will supportemployees and managers with peoplerelated queries ensuring aseamless experience. Collaborating with the Talent Coordinator youwill play a key role in coordinating talent acquisition andonboarding processes aimed at attracting and retaining top talentwhile providing an exceptional experience for candidates and newhires.

Working closely with the Head of Peopleand the Talent Coordinator you will also contribute to enhancingthe overall people experience. This includes involvement inprojects focused on employer branding rewards employee engagementlearning and development and diversity andinclusion.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownthe employee lifecycle administration
  • Incollaboration with the Talent Coordinator take responsibility of anumber of talent acquisition campaigns delivering an exceptionalcandidate experience and supporting hiring managers in finding thebest talent
  • Be the goto person for HR queriesescalating up or delegating to other People team members asappropriate
  • Take a leading role in managing thebiannual performance reviews processes via our HRsystem
  • Ensure the monthly payroll processes andbenefits administration are carried out efficiently and with highaccuracy
  • Handle simple employee relations caseswith support and guidance from the Head ofPeople
  • Involvement in creating updating andreviewing our HR policies and procedures
  • HRData analysis and generation of monthly and adhoc reporting on keyPeople metrics
  • Responsiblefor coordinating our Learning and Development systems andprovisions.
  • In close collaboration with theHead of People and Talent Coordinator driving projects andinitiatives around employer brand L&D career developmentemployee wellbeing D&I and more.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Solidexperience in a generalist HR role and keen interest in developingyour career the Peopleprofession
  • Confident inbuilding relationships across all levels of thecompany
  • Knowledge of UKEmployment Law and experience of handling simple Employee Relationscases
  • Approachableresponsive and passionate about seeking the best outcomes forcandidates and our people
  • A selfstarter who canwork autonomously in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Tech and datasavvy
  • Able to prioritisetasks and manage time and workload with precision jugglingoperational requirements with projectwork
  • Great attention todetail and clear understanding of the importance of data integrityand accuracy
  • Proactive infinding ways to improve processes and deliverresults
  • Able to bediscreet and professional and maintainconfidentiality
  • Excellentworking knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Wordand Excel (Training in the HR system and Applicant Tracking Systemwill begiven)
