**Job description
- People Coordinator**
In this exciting People Executive position, you will be a highly visible first point of contact for employees, playing a vital role in helping to deliver a fantastic experience day-to-day for a hybrid staff of around 85.

You’ll be a passionate HR generalist, happy to undertake a wide range of HR tasks, from administering employee benefits and annual leave, to managing engagement and supporting DE&I initiatives.

You will use HRIS (Bob) to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and you’ll also support the People Director on delivering longer-term strategic projects.

**Key responsibilities
- People Coordinator**
- In this People Executive job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Acting as first point of contact to employees on various People-related topics, such as annual leave, sickness and resolving any issues that may arise
- Onboarding new joiners, completing background checks and collecting necessary documents for HR records and payroll to provide a seamless start to the business
- Maintaining and promoting People policies on Notion & employee files and records in drives and HRIS (HiBob)
- Managing certain Employee Relations issues (where appropriate) and providing coaching to line managers throughout the process
- Running regular employee engagement surveys, and identifying other opportunities to collect feedback from our staff and drive engagement
- Organising and supporting on the delivery of professional development and annual review cycles

**Job requirements
- People Coordinator**
- Around 2 years’ experience in a varied, HR generalist role
- Previous experience working in a start-up or SME, ideally (but not necessarily) tech
- Confidence with the UK employment landscape and best practice approach to People processes
- It’ll help if you know your way around tools and apps like HiBob, Notion and Workable
- You are passionate about People and creating a great place to work
- You are highly organised, and good at prioritising projects and managing your time
- You’re creative, and good at identifying opportunities for making improvements to processes and policies
- You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and have a can-do attitude
