Sionic is currently seeking an **People Coordinator **to join its team on a permanent basis in London.

**The opportunity**:
The People Coordinator will** **carry out a range of administrative duties within the employee lifecycle and deliver a high quality of service to our clients. They will provide support for the People Manager and others within the team.

**You will**:

- Assisting with recruitment/onboarding administration such as pre-employment reference checks, preparing and sending employment contracts and generating reference requests
- Assisting with all offboarding administration including generating leaver letters
- Managing all records on our HRIS including creating and updating records
- Administration support of annual processes such as salary review, bonuses and benefit renewal
- Assisting with the review of people policies and templates, ensuring these are in line with current legislation
- Supporting the team with the probation process for starters
- Assisting with managing the family leave processes for all employees, including maternity, paternity and shared parental leave
- Assisting with processing flexible working requests
- Minute taking during meetings such as grievance/disciplinary hearings
- Supporting with the completion of monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Assisting with compliance training via the learning hub
- Assisting with monthly induction updates
- Setting up meetings and booking rooms where necessary

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Pro-active and uses initiative
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with complete confidentiality
