Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and resilient Contact Centre Advisor to join our highly successful telesales team at our Head Office in Stourport-on-Severn on a minimum fixed term contract for 9 months. The Contact Centre Advisor will need to possess a positive attitude and be an excellent team player. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling and must be able to manage a high workload. This is an exciting opportunity for a target driven sales professional to join a passionate sales team.

Contact Centre Advisor main tasks will include:

Receiving inbound calls
Making daily outbound calls to set targets where necessary
Monitoring live chat
Outbound call projects on marketing campaigns
Working within campaign calls provided by the Manager
Monitor your progress and collate reports to your Manager on progress and success
Maintaining strong internal working relationships
Maintaining personal emails
General daily administration
