**What will I be responsible for doing?**
As our customer service advisor, you will provide a high
- quality customer and administration service experience and in return will receive a salary of £22, 628 per annum plus excellent benefits
You will be working to team KPIs as well as yours individually.
One of the great things about this role is having the opportunity to make a real difference for every customer. Whether it’s diagnosing a repair or dealing with something a little more complex (like antisocial behaviour) we believe every contact counts and you will be supported to provide first call resolution whenever possible.
This is a hybrid position (after 3 months training in the office) which has flexibility to support work life balance.
You will work from the office 2-3 times a week and the remaining days from home.

We are looking to recruit a customer focused, people focused team player with excellent communication and people skills to join our customer service team.
The team resolve queries at the first point of contact, so you will be fielding a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants and external customers and take a proactive approach to ensuring high customer satisfaction. We treat all contact with respect and value our relationships.
You will be trained to provide advice to residents, and you will make sure customers feel like the number one priority and are fully informed throughout each call.
To succeed in this role, we're looking for great communicators with a pro-active approach and high attention to detail. Whether you're new to working in a contact centre, or a seasoned pro, we'll help you reach your potential.
For your first three months the role will focus on training and developing your skills in customer service, and in developing basic knowledge to help you begin to deal with customer queries.
**To be successful in a Customer Service Advisor role, the skills/ability you will need are**:
- Experience of working in a Customer Service/contact centre environment.
- Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to multi task
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Able to work from our head office at least 2-3 times a week following the initial training period.
- To be able to adapt to changes in processes within the team
**Salary**: Up to £22,628.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
