**Shift Pattern - **10:30am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday with a fixed day off, Saturdays of 8:30am - 1:00pm
**NEXT START DATE - Monday 11th September**
**Salary** **- £22,000 plus BONUS of £2400 OTE per annum**

**The role**:
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans. To be successful as a Contact Centre Advisor you will quickly determine and understand the needs of our customers and help them reach the best and fairest resolution for their circumstances.
Working in a team of 15 specialists you’ll collaborate and share best practice techniques to help you to build your problem solving and negotiation skills even further. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will demonstrate expert listening and questioning skills, you’ll support our customers by providing tailored affordable payment solutions to help them on the road to financial recovery.
By joining us as a Contact Centre Advisor you’ll launch your career in financial services and we’ll provide you with in-depth induction training where you’ll quickly become an expert on the credit industry, our bespoke systems, and clients. You’ll gain a recognised Credit Services Association Accreditation which we’ll help you keep updated annually. And following the completion of your probation we’ll help you to develop your skills even further and for those who want to progress, create the right opportunities. And with over 95% of our Team Managers made up of Contact Centre Advisors we’re keen in identifying talented people and helping them move to the next level.
