A dynamic City based pension firm is looking for a sparky EA to support their charming and kind CIO. The CIO is incredibly busy as his is wider team. As such, we are looking for an experienced EA that can hit the ground running. This is a role that offers autonomy and a sociable working environment.  

Duties include but are not limited to:  

  • Complex and very busy diary management and scheduling  
  • Preparing the CIO for all of his meetings; assisting with research, preparing packs, agendas etc.  
  • Inbox management in addition to assisting with all other correspondence; both external and internal  
  • Take a proactive approach and forward plan meetings & travel  
  • Arrange roadshows, training or other meetings and events  
  • Assist with any project management as required  
  • Assist with on-boarding new team members and manage IT equipment  
  • Provide support to the wider team (25 ppl) such as booking occasional travel
