This is a unique opportunity for a switched on and ambitious EA to join a dynamic VC firm.  Based from stunning offices in the city, this EA will be relied upon to proactively manage all aspects of their boss’s working life.  This EA will be a resourceful problem solver who is the conduit for information flow and must enjoy working closely to the business in order to understand priorities and join the dots.

Duties include:

  • Inbox management – drafting emails and correspondence
  • Right hand support to Co-Founder
  • Proactively manage a hugely busy and ever changing diary
  • Organise complex multi stop travel across time zones
  • Point of contact for key stakeholders (EAs, founders, investors and more) building relationships
  • Ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will be degree educated with around 5+ Years’ EA experience and thrive working in a small entrepreneurial team.  You will be exceptionally organised, always thinking ahead and solutions driven.  Proven experience working autonomously and taking the initiative is a must.
