**The Role Objective**
To provide confidential, professional, and administrative support to the GroupM UK Chairman, CIO and Investment department.**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Extensive diary management for the GroupM Chairman, CIO and Investment MDs
- Investment department assistance
- Setting up vendors on the system’s and creating purchase orders for suppliers
- Book meetings, rooms, catering, restaurants
- Taking Minutes & collating agenda’s
- Formatting and putting together PowerPoint presentations
- Taking on ad hoc projects and administration tasks
- Printing, binding, laminating and other necessary meeting preparation
- Submitting expenses
- Meet and greet guests
- Event planning
- Some personal work may be required.
- Managing gym memberships for GroupM

- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent administrative skills with advanced IT proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proven experience of working in a busy and extremely varied role
- Proven experience of providing accurate, productive and dependable support
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts (UK and International)
