**Executive Assistant to the Executive Team**

**About the Role**:
The Executive Assistant (EA) is a pivotal role which will provide exceptional support and service to the Chief Operating Officer (COO - UK based) and Chief Technology Officer. This person will be required to support the rest of the Executive Team at Stability AI as and when needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist as an Executive Assistant for our Chief Operating Officer (COO - UK based) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO - Canada based, EST timezone) on a day to day basis.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts with efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team as and when requested.
- Set and manage tasks for the CEO, COO, & CTO on Linear
- Prepare and organize materials for Executive's meetings. Take notes throughout when requested, ensuring timely distribution afterwards and follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team, board members, and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and accommodations for various members on the Executive team as and when requested..
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, speeches, and other communication materials for the executive team and board when requested.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and teams to streamline processes and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- High proficiency in office software, including Google suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information appropriately.
