**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in IT support and marketing tasks is desirable
- Available to work out of hours when required by partners' travel schedules
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of successful project coordination and team support
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all day-to-day activities of the Partners, assisting in calendar management, scheduling meetings,and executing all travel arrangements
- Liaising with external parties on behalf of the Partners, including IT service providers, hotels and restaurants, and members’ clubs among others
- Facilitate effective communication with internal business stakeholders
- Maintain Salesforce CRM system as well as internal reports and documentation as required
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining records
- Assist with project planning and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Support team-building activities and assist in onboarding new team members
Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
