Newly created role Our client is an established and highly successful hedge fund, with offices in the US and now opening a London office. They are looking for an EA to provide utmost support to the brilliant minded (and somewhat chaotic) entrepreneurial UHNWI Founder (CEO/CIO).

We are looking for a splendid EA who possesses gravitas, agility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once whilst being a collaborative thought partner to the Founder. The role will also support the COO (also high profile with an impressive background) when he is in London.

With huge ambitions and growth plans the role will require an individual who is used to, and able to, work in an ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for the CEO and COO
  • Handle incoming communications, draft correspondence, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing expenses and processing documents

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within investment management, financial services, or a related industry
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to take on varied tasks
