This is a quintessential Executive Assistant role, where you will be integral to the success of both the organization and the CEO's daily operations. You will be part of a remarkable company that prides itself on inclusivity, rewards, and outstanding achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive EA support to the CEO, focusing primarily on business matters with occasional personal assistance.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, board members, and colleagues.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO.
  • Manage extensive diary scheduling and appointments.
  • Oversee meeting logistics, including drafting agendas and ensuring the CEO has all necessary materials and reports.
  • Handle all communications, including calls and correspondence, drafting responses or escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate internal approval processes.
  • Assist with financial documentation such as annual tax returns and invoices.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants within the organization as part of the 'Support' function.

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for grammar and detail.
  • Experience in preparing for board meetings and following up on action items.
  • Proficient in document management, including formatting, editing, and maintaining version control.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, well-organized, and capable of recalling important information.
  • Confident, approachable, calm, and discreet demeanor.
  • Proactive, capable of meeting deadlines, and solution-oriented.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong educational background, ideally at degree level or equivalent.
