This is a quintessential Executive Assistant role, where you will be integral to the success of both the organization and the CEO's daily operations. You will be part of a remarkable company that prides itself on inclusivity, rewards, and outstanding achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive EA support to the CEO, focusing primarily on business matters with occasional personal assistance.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, board members, and colleagues.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO.
- Manage extensive diary scheduling and appointments.
- Oversee meeting logistics, including drafting agendas and ensuring the CEO has all necessary materials and reports.
- Handle all communications, including calls and correspondence, drafting responses or escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate internal approval processes.
- Assist with financial documentation such as annual tax returns and invoices.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants within the organization as part of the 'Support' function.
Required Skills:
- At least 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for grammar and detail.
- Experience in preparing for board meetings and following up on action items.
- Proficient in document management, including formatting, editing, and maintaining version control.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, well-organized, and capable of recalling important information.
- Confident, approachable, calm, and discreet demeanor.
- Proactive, capable of meeting deadlines, and solution-oriented.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong educational background, ideally at degree level or equivalent.
